The Morning Brew story is a great example of how, when you identify a niche need, you can convert your solution into a business that you can sell for $75 million.

The founders created a voice for financial news that is friendly, funny, slightly sarcastic, and definitely approachable.  They gamified advocacy of their newsletter and news by actively asking their followers to share articles to help spread the news.  They set fun targets for shares, and gave rewards of Morning Brew merch for shares.  They celebrated their official 1 millionth newsletter open in August of 2020, during the height of the pandemic.
