About Channel 29

Having presence anywhere in the Metaverse shows that you are on the cutting edge of technology, and that being out and ahead of everyone is a part of your brand story.  Having an interactive way for potential customers to engage with your brand, products, and services before making a purchase will create a connection to you.  I am not talking about the interactive shops that are connected to many business’ websites.  Those are cool, yes.  I am talking about launching a campaign inside of an already existing world such as The Sandbox, or Roblox.

Overview:  Gucci is an Italian luxury fashion brand.

Gucci was the first fashion house to create a Metaverse experience.  They have created an experience using The Sandbox, (an online space for brands and creators to display and sell their digital creations).  The experience is hosted on their website.  

Gucci also has created experiences inside of Robox, which told the history of the brand, and were museum-like.  They are also now presenting a permanent place to visit within Roblox called Gucci Town.

If a brand wants to be viewed as cutting-edge, they now must have at least some participation in the metaverse.
