About Channel 17

Carefully selected partners are incredibly valuable for creating awareness of your brand, because they already have an audience.  Partners will most likely be paid, or you may have an affiliate or equal benefit agreement with them.  If creating content is a struggle for you, working with partners will also be of benefit because they will LOVE to create content, and can make all sorts of incredible content about you.  Examples of this might be working with influencers, getting on a travel recommendation site, or getting a review by a review website.  You may also establish affiliate partners, referral partners, or partners who have clients that would benefit from your product or service.  Working with an individual or entity that already has an established audience will give you much greater visibility than you will be able to achieve on your own.

 

Channel 17 Superstar:  Spinout Fitness
Spinout Fitness is the world’s first waterbike experience company in the world.  The bikes look like high-end racing bikes attached to pontoons.  When Damien McCloud first launched Spinout first started, he relied on partners to get the word out.  Their first partner was AirBnB, which advertised the waterbikes as an experience.  The reach of AirBnB is far beyond what a tiny local start-up could achieve.  Their second partner was BucketListers, a website that lists things to do in major cities.  These two strategic partners gave Spinout a running start.  Inviting visitors to give a review has resulted in hundreds of five-star reviews on Google, and the business began to soar!
